Shipping partners

We work with trusted international logistics partners who cooperate with local couriers to deliver your order directly to your door across the European Union.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
This includes:

  • quality check

  • packaging

  • preparing the parcel for dispatch

Processing time is not included in the delivery estimates below.

We ship from Monday to Friday and do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking numbers.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock and warehouse availability. All parcels will include tracking.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct delivery address.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We take care of all fees and customs, so you don't have to worry about any fees or duty on delivery! However, there is one catch - the value of your order cannot exceed €150 and you will have to divide the order into more orders if the value of your order is over €150 (applies only for EU countries, for other countries, the purchase value is not limited).

Be aware that we are not responsible if you will still pay customs duty and other fees upon delivery and all customs fees and VAT will need to be paid by buyer.
